Terms of Service

Free to play. All virtual coins, zero real money. BetsFriends is a sports prediction game. You make picks on real games for fun, using virtual coins and units that only exist inside the game.

• Virtual coins, units, XP, levels, avatar items and prizes have no cash value.
• They can't be cashed out, sold, traded or exchanged for real money or anything else of real-world value, inside or outside BetsFriends.
• You never wager real money on BetsFriends, and nothing you win in the game is paid out in money.
• We may adjust balances, items or grades to fix mistakes or keep the game fair.

You must be at least 18 years old to use BetsFriends. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission, and they agree to these terms for you.

• Give us accurate information and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• One person per account, and one account per person for rewards and leaderboards.
• Usernames must follow our naming rules. We may change or remove a name that is offensive, impersonates someone, or misleads other players.

Don't:

• use bots, scripts, exploits or bugs to get picks, coins, items or ranks you didn't earn;
• run extra accounts to farm rewards, referrals or league spots;
• fake a stadium check-in or tamper with the app or our servers;
• sell, buy or trade accounts or virtual items.

If we find cheating, we may reset stats, remove items, or suspend or close the account.

Chats, player walls and leagues are for trash talk with friends, not abuse. No harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, sexual content, illegal content, sharing someone else's personal information, or promoting real-money gambling. We may remove posts and limit or close accounts that break these rules.

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to show it inside BetsFriends and, when you've linked a social handle, to share your wins and tag that handle on our official social accounts.

Premium Pass (a monthly subscription) and Unit Reset are optional and sold by Apple through the App Store, so Apple's terms apply to billing, renewals and refunds. Premium Pass renews automatically until you cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Purchases unlock virtual features and items only, which have no cash value. Refund requests go through Apple.

Schedules, scores and lines come from third-party sports data providers. They can be late or wrong. We grade picks from the best results available and may correct a grade, or void a pick, when the data was wrong or a game is postponed or cancelled.

BetsFriends is not affiliated with or endorsed by any league, team or player. Team names are used only to identify real games.

BetsFriends is entertainment. Picks, records, rankings and analysis from other players are opinions, not professional, financial or gambling advice.

The app, website, avatar art, item designs, names and logos belong to BetsFriends. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use them to play the game. Don't copy, resell or scrape them.

We're always building, so features, rewards and the in-game economy can change or end. You can stop playing at any time and delete your account (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we change these terms in a big way, we'll update the date above and let you know in the app or by email.

BetsFriends is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available, error free, or that data will never be lost. To the fullest extent the law allows, BetsFriends isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
